Registration Fee:
The registration fee includes access to the event, speakers’ materials (if any), and meals as specified on the event website.
Payment:
Payment must be made via the provided online payment options.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Registrant:
No cancellation and/or refund is allowed once purchase is confirmed.
Cancellation by Organiser:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee(s).
Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrants is permitted provided the organiser is informed in writing at least seven working days prior to the event.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided during the registration process will be used for conference administration purposes and may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the organisation of the conference.
By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Tripartite Alliance Limited's Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and staff. Harassment and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if they violate the code of conduct.
Limitation of Liability
The organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website and will take effect immediately.
